RETURNS

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchange within 3 days of the delivery date & unboxing video is mandatory.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

To exchange an item, please email customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number & share the product details and invoice photo. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Just the item with purchase bill and in good condition, and mail your exchange to the following address:
