We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Policy Overview

Eligibility Period: You have 7 calendar days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange & unboxing video is mandatory.

Types of Compensation: We offer Store Credit and Exchanges of equal value only.

Contact Requirement: Contact us at  customercare@skshafeen.com with your order number before sending back any products. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Eligibility Criteria

Store Credit Requirements:

Product must be in its original packaging, unused, and unopened due to hygiene reasons.

Products bought during sales, at discounted prices, or with discount codes above 40% are not eligible.

Only purchases from our official website www.skshafeen.com are eligible.

Products from authorized retail/reseller stores should be returned to the reseller.

Outbound Shipping Costs: ₹100 deducted from the Store Credit.

Important Notes

Store Credit Only: No cash refunds are provided.

Notification Period: Our courier partner notifies through SMS/Whatsapp for ongoing shipment updates, please ensure to check your mobile number/ mail as per order confirmation.

How to Return a Product

Contact Support: Email  customercare@skshafeen.com to initiate a return for Store Credit.

Prepare Your Return:

Use recommended mail or a trackable package.

Ensure the product reaches us within 7 days of receipt.

Shipping Expenses: You are responsible for return shipping costs.

Restocking Fees: ₹150 plus ₹10 per product. Deducted from Store Credit if applicable.

Complaints

Timeline: Raise complaints within 48 hours of order receipt.

Process: Email  customercare@skshafeen.com with supporting images.

Resolution: Replacements or Store Credit for valid complaints only.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

Delivery Confirmation: Based on the delivery partner's official website.

Action for Lost/Stolen Packages: Wait 14 days post-shipment, file a police report, then provide it to us for a Store Credit of equal value.

Order Cancellation and Modification

Cancellation: Not possible if the order is processed and packed.

Modification: It is possible to change address and contact details only  before shipping. Contact  customercare@skshafeen.com immediately. It is not possible to modify product selection.

Store Credit Details

Validity: 60 days from issuance.

Currency: Issued in INR

For Cash on Delivery orders: All refunds are processed as store credits.
